GCBA Missions Trailer
The GCBA Missions Trailer is 7 x 12 foot cargo trailer and has a 2 5/8 hitch on it.

Purpose:
The GCBA Missions Trailer is a resource available for use by member congregations of the Greene County Baptist Association (GCBA).

Eligibility and Use:
The trailer may be reserved and used by any GCBA-affiliated church.
It is to be used solely for missions and ministry events, such as camps, etc.
Personal use by individual church members or for non-ministry events is not permitted.

Reservation Process:
Churches must complete and submit the Missions Trailer Reservation Form, (click here).
The form must include an estimated total mileage for the trip.
Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval by GCBA staff.

Fees and Deposits:
A $200 refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
This deposit will be returned to the church after the trailer is returned, provided it is in good, clean, and operable condition.
A maintenance fee will be charged consisting of:
- A flat fee of $20, and
- $0.10 per mile based on the mileage provided and verified upon return.
The maintenance fee is retained by GCBA to support ongoing upkeep and repairs of the trailer.

Return and Condition:
Churches are responsible for ensuring the trailer is returned clean, undamaged, and in good working order.
Any damages, excessive wear, or cleaning needs may result in a partial or full loss of the deposit.
