Sky Dancer Request

A $25 (refundable) deposit and $25 wear and tear (non-refundable) fee must accompany this application for rental of the Sky Dancer. You may pay online here, or send a church check payable to Greene County Baptist Association, 834 W. Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65807. The date of the Sky Dancer will not be reserved until payment & request form is made/received by our office.
