A $20 (refundable) deposit and $20 (non-refundable) fee must accompany this application for rental of TWO machines. A $25 (refundable) deposit and $25 (non-refundable) fee must accompany this application for rental of THREE machines. You may pay online here, or send a church check payable to Greene County Baptist Association, 834 W. Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65807. The date of the food machine(s) will not be reserved until payment is made/received by our office.
